Casey’s Cash for Classrooms
Casey’s
School-project grants for K–12 public and nonprofit private schools in Casey’s communities. Technology and classroom materials are among the funding priorities.
Who can apply?
- Projects must benefit eligible K–12 public or nonprofit private schools within Casey’s operating footprint. Qualified 501(c)(3) applicants must appear in the IRS Master File; confirm the organization category in the portal.
- One application per organization per cycle. A school can receive support through more than one organization. Individual families are not the listed applicants.
- Award funds must be spent within 12 months. A Glow-only subscription may fall below the $3,000 minimum; use a justified school project budget, not inflated costs.
What could it support?
Priorities cover school improvements, classroom materials and technology, teacher support, and community engagement. Ask Casey’s to confirm whether the exact Glow subscription and license period fit the project.
Ask the funder to confirm Glow, the number of learners, the license period and the purchasing method before buying. A listed expense category does not by itself approve a specific product.
Who receives your request?
Casey’s Cash for Classrooms grant review team · through YourCause Grants Portal
An authorized school or nonprofit representative submits through Casey’s linked portal. The current cycle closes November 13, 2026. Prepare the draft here, then complete the official form after sign-in.
How to submit
- Open the application link, sign in or register, and check the organization and school-location screening questions. Coordinate with your school before starting a second application for the same organization.
- Review the portal’s current questions, attachment requirements and closing time. Choose the funding priority that fits the school project, then adapt your Glow draft to the actual form.
- Build an itemized $3,000–$50,000 project budget with real quotes. Confirm the proposed software expense and plan to spend an award within 12 months; do not increase costs just to reach the minimum.
- Review and submit in YourCause before November 13. Save the submitted copy and confirmation. Casey’s lists recipient announcements for March–April 2027.

The current program page gives the October 12–November 13 application window, $3,000–$50,000 awards, one application per organization and a 12-month spending period. It links directly to the grant portal and lists March–April 2027 notifications. Its current deadline resolves the conflicting date in the campaign announcement.

Casey’s Apply Now link opens the YourCause Grants Portal sign-in or account-registration screen. An authorized representative completes the application there. Exact form questions, attachments and any closing-time details must be checked after sign-in; the Glow draft is preparation, not a submitted application.
apply.yourcausegrants.com - Operating states: 2026 annual report (opens in a new tab)
The report identifies the 19 operating states used in Glow’s location filter, including Florida and Alabama. Confirm the school’s location against the grant application’s current eligibility screen; operating in a state does not itself approve a school or project.
