Scaffolding means offering help as a learner gets started, then easing it back as they become more independent. Glow lessons bring the models, prompts, supports, and extension ideas into your teaching session.
Use the lesson’s worked example, objects, drawing, or word routine. Make the thinking visible.
Follow the teacher prompts. Open More support for the lesson’s extra help, or choose a supported introduction when making your plan.
Use the lesson check and record what you see: independent, with support, or needs a revisit. Note the model or context used.
Glow suggests support, review, or an extension from your observations and linked practice. You decide which suggestion to add to the plan.
Glow Check-ins connects starting checks, lesson checks, weekly reviews, and later rechecks to each learner. A starting check can suggest the first lesson in a new plan. Choose online tasks or printable checks, then record adult observations for spoken reading, explanations, and hands-on work.
Use a class or group plan for shared teaching. Link a separate plan to each learner for individual observations, check-ins, and progress reports. Students use their existing email-free seats; app practice uses the apps covered by your subscription.
Keep a plan for each subject, copy a plan for another learner, and adjust the pace as you go.
One adult sign-in connects all three subjects. Start with free samples, then purchase a web app for the full classroom and 40 email-free student seats.
