Who can apply?

Homeschool family
  • Florida residency and PEP participation requirements apply.
  • Students cannot be enrolled full time in a public or private school while participating.

What could it support?

Educational applications are a listed category. Individual-student pricing is required; a multi-user subscription is prorated to the student’s share. Verify the purchase with your scholarship organization first.

Make the purchase fit the program.

Ask the funder to confirm Glow, the number of learners, the license period and the purchasing method before buying. A listed expense category does not by itself approve a specific product.

Request an individual-learner quote. Scholarship funds may cover only one student’s portion of a shared subscription.

Who receives your request?

Step Up For Students · PEP scholarship and purchasing teams

First apply for the student’s scholarship account. After an award, use the administrator’s purchase process for eligible learning resources. The Glow packet supports the purchase request; it does not replace the scholarship application.

How to submit

  1. Use the official account portal to complete eligibility, identity and enrollment questions. Upload private student documents only there.
  2. Select PEP in the available scholarship cycle and complete the required Student Learning Plan. New applications for 2026–27 are currently closed; existing recipients can manage their awards.
  3. Once awarded, ask the administrator to confirm the exact Glow product, license term and individual-student allocation before purchasing.
  4. Use the approved payment or reimbursement process. Keep the approval, itemized invoice and required learning records.

PEP serves eligible Florida students who are not enrolled full time in a public or private school. Applications for 2026–27 closed April 30, 2026. New families can sign up for 2027–28 updates; existing recipients should use their account and current purchasing guidance. Participation includes a Student Learning Plan.

  • Educational apps and individual-student purchasing rules (opens in a new tab)

Educational software and subscriptions must support the scholarship student’s instruction. Multi-user subscription reimbursement is limited to that student’s share. Before buying Glow, confirm the specific product and payment route with Step Up For Students, and obtain an itemized quote showing the student allocation and subscription dates.
