New Hampshire Education Freedom Accounts
Children’s Scholarship Fund New Hampshire
State-funded accounts for eligible families choosing education outside full-time district public or charter school enrollment.
Who can apply?
- Parent and student must be New Hampshire residents; the student must be eligible for K–12 and at least five by September 30.
- Full-time district public or charter school students are excluded. Priority groups and capacity rules apply.
What could it support?
Online learning programs, educational supplies and technology are listed categories; confirm vendor and expense requirements.
Ask the funder to confirm Glow, the number of learners, the license period and the purchasing method before buying. A listed expense category does not by itself approve a specific product.
Request an individual-learner quote. Scholarship funds may cover only one student’s portion of a shared subscription.
Who receives your request?
Children’s Scholarship Fund New Hampshire · EFA team
First apply for the student’s scholarship account. After an award, use the administrator’s purchase process for eligible learning resources. The Glow packet supports the purchase request; it does not replace the scholarship application.
How to submit
- Use the official account portal to complete eligibility, identity and enrollment questions. Upload private student documents only there.
- Submit one application per family through ScholaVia, with the required agreement and documents. The 2026–27 page allows applications through February for prorated awards, subject to verification and capacity rules.
- Once awarded, ask the administrator to confirm the exact Glow product, license term and individual-student allocation before purchasing.
- Use the approved payment or reimbursement process. Keep the approval, itemized invoice and required learning records.
